I was a bit concerned, but thanks to Chelsea’s attentiveness, my package was safely placed inside a locker shortly after. Nina is always available whenever a problem arises, and if she doesn’t have an answer right away, she always follows up with a solution, just as promised. The maintenance team also deserves recognition for their quick response times, professionalism, and for always respecting my property when completing repairs while I’m away. Great property. Gateway has been a positive living experience for me, parking has never been an issue, especially with owning ... a garage at the property. Amenities are always well kept and don’t disappoint, going to the gym is free and since I do workout often it’s great to just be able to walk down to the office to get there. Pool is great, love that there’s two, especially during Texas heat, it’s always great to have. Staff is so kind, very communicate and helpful in any situation. Chelsey has always been a huge help, she explains things thoroughly and right to the point, keeping our preferences and needs in mind. Location is great as well, there’s a 7/11 right down the street which makes it easy for getting gas or just little things. There’s a pond nearby as well, which is a plus for people who like to get up and walk early in the morning.
